1. Program Overview
The Wealth Tactical Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved individuals ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to Wealth Tactical digital products. The Program is administered through Gumroad's affiliate platform.
By joining the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") in addition to the Wealth Tactical Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Gumroad account to receive payments
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies in your jurisdiction

Commission is calculated on the net sale amount after Gumroad's platform fee, excluding taxes.
Example: A $57 product sale generates approximately $22.80 in affiliate commission after Gumroad's standard fee.
4. Attribution and Cookie Duration
Affiliate referrals are tracked through Gumroad's affiliate tracking system. Attribution is credited on a 30-day cookie window, the Gumroad platform default, which is not adjustable by either party.
If a referred customer clicks your affiliate link and purchases within 30 days, you receive the commission. If the purchase occurs after 30 days, no commission is credited for that sale.
5. Payment
- Minimum payout threshold: USD $25.00
- Payment processor: Gumroad (direct to your Gumroad account on their standard payout schedule)
- Currency: USD
Gumroad handles all affiliate payment processing. Payment timing is governed by Gumroad's payout schedule, not by Wealth Tactical.
6. Refund Clawback
If a customer you referred requests and receives a refund within the 14-day refund window, the corresponding commission on that sale will be reversed automatically by the Gumroad platform.
7. Required Disclosures
All affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and equivalent regulations in their jurisdiction. This requires:
- A clear and conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship on every piece of promotional content, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and podcast episodes
- The disclosure must appear before any promotional content, not buried at the end
- Acceptable disclosure language: "This contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through these links." or equivalent plain-language disclosure
Failure to disclose is grounds for immediate termination from the Program.
8. Prohibited Marketing Practices
Affiliates may not:
- Make income claims or financial guarantees about Wealth Tactical products. Prohibited examples: "This product will save you $X," "I made $X using this system," "This guarantees your financial security." Income results are individual and variable.
- Claim official endorsement, partnership, or employment with Wealth Tactical beyond the affiliate relationship
- Impersonate Wealth Tactical or use the Wealth Tactical name, logo, or brand assets in any way not expressly permitted below
- Bid on Wealth Tactical brand terms in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) without prior written approval
- Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) promoting Wealth Tactical products
- Use misleading, deceptive, or false claims about the products or their outcomes
- Promote to audiences under 18 years of age
9. Permitted Brand Use
Affiliates may:
- Reference "Wealth Tactical" by name as the brand of the product they are promoting
- Describe the product accurately based on the official product description
- Show screenshots of the Calculator or product with appropriate attribution
Affiliates may not use the Wealth Tactical logo or visual brand assets without express written approval from growth@wealthtactical.com.
10. Termination
Wealth Tactical Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Affiliate Terms
- Violation of Gumroad's terms of service
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Actions that create legal or reputational risk for Wealth Tactical
Upon termination, earned commissions for completed, non-refunded sales will be paid at the next payout cycle. Commissions for sales that fall within the refund window at the time of termination will be held until the refund window closes.
11. Modification
These Affiliate Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
