All content produced by Wealth Tactical, including but not limited to the Financial Fragility Score Calculator, PDF playbooks, Excel toolkits, scripts, email copy, video content, and website text, is the intellectual property of Wealth Tactical Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of any Wealth Tactical content without express written permission is prohibited.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Request)

If you believe that content on a Wealth Tactical platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent containing the following information as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform (URL or description)
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will review all valid DMCA notices and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in a federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, the content may be restored.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Wealth Tactical maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Reporting Wealth Tactical Content Used Without Permission

If you find Wealth Tactical content being redistributed, resold, or used without authorization, including products uploaded to file-sharing sites or sold by unauthorized parties, please notify us at growth@wealthtactical.com. We investigate and pursue all credible reports.
