By accessing wealthtactical.com, score.wealthtactical.com, or any Wealth Tactical product or content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

Products are sold through Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Payment is processed by Gumroad's payment infrastructure. Wealth Tactical Ltd. does not store credit card or payment information.

Digital products are delivered electronically through Gumroad upon confirmed payment. In the event of a delivery failure, contact growth@wealthtactical.com. For technical issues with the Gumroad platform, contact Gumroad support directly.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Wealth Tactical Ltd. does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial calculations produced by the Calculator are estimates only and may not reflect your actual financial situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Wealth Tactical Ltd. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR EMPLOYMENT LOSS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100 if no product purchase was involved.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealth Tactical Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Some content associated with Wealth Tactical may be produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed for accuracy before publication, but we make no warranty regarding its completeness or suitability for your specific situation.

Any testimonials, case studies, or results described in connection with the Services represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance. See our Earnings and Income Disclaimer for full disclosure.

Any testimonial provided in exchange for a free product or any other compensation will be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
