Disclosure Statement

In line with the Federal Trade Commission's guides on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and the equivalent rules in Canada, Wealth Tactical Ltd. ("Wealth Tactical", "we", "us") provides the following disclosure.

When Wealth Tactical Promotes Others

Some pages, videos, emails, and other content produced by Wealth Tactical may contain affiliate links. When they do, you will see a disclosure there. An affiliate link means that if you click it and make a purchase, Wealth Tactical may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

An affiliate relationship does not decide what we write. We only reference products and services we believe are relevant and useful to our audience, and we do not recommend any specific security, insurer, insurance plan or other financial product. An affiliate relationship is a material connection you have a right to know about.

When affiliate links are present, you will see a disclosure at the top of the relevant page, video description, or email, such as: "This page/email/video contains affiliate links. Wealth Tactical may earn a commission on purchases made through these links."

We accept affiliates

We accept affiliate applications for Wealth Tactical products. We may have no approved affiliates at a given time, and we may not be approving new affiliates when you apply. An approved affiliate may promote eligible products and may earn commissions on qualifying, attributed sales under the written terms we provide for their account.

To ask about joining, use the contact details below or visit affiliate support. Applying does not guarantee approval. No one should promote our products as an affiliate until we have approved them in writing and they have accepted the written terms for their account.

Approval, links, and commissions

We plan to run the program through our checkout provider. Its affiliate tools handle signup, approval, referral links, and commission settings. Commission rates, eligible products, attribution rules, payout timing, and adjustments are governed by the written terms we provide for an approved affiliate's account. This page does not promise approval, a particular commission rate or a payout schedule. Affiliates must review and accept their terms before promoting.

What customers should know

If you arrive through an approved affiliate’s referral link and make a qualifying purchase, that affiliate may earn a commission from us. Affiliates must clearly disclose that relationship alongside their recommendation. A disclosure buried only on this page does not replace their own disclosure.

Our promotion requirements

State the affiliate relationship clearly where the recommendation appears. For example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.”
Use accurate product descriptions, current prices, and the applicable offer terms.
Do not promise savings, additional severance, a new job, income, a hiring timeline, or a return on investment.
Keep the assumptions and limitations next to any financial illustration. Do not describe a price comparison, such as “about 17× the guide price,” as savings or income.
Do not fabricate results, reviews, scarcity, or endorsements, or impersonate us.
Do not write, buy or generate reviews or testimonials, and do not say you used a product unless you did.
Follow anti-spam law in every email or message you send about our products.

We may review any affiliate promotion, ask for corrections, and end an affiliate account that breaks these rules.
