Returns & Refunds Policy

What This Policy Covers

This page is the Refund Policy of Wealth Tactical Ltd. ("Wealth Tactical", "we", "us"). It is the Refund Policy named at checkout and in our Terms of Service. It applies to every product we sell and to anything you add to an order.

Our products are digital files: PDF guides and one Excel workbook. We deliver them by download link. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

What "All Sales Are Final" Means

At checkout, before you pay, you tick a box. By ticking it you agree to this policy, ask for immediate download and accept that all sales are final once the download starts, except where the law requires otherwise.

For this policy, the download starts when we send your download link. We send it automatically once your payment is confirmed. The sale is final once that link is sent.

From that point we do not give a refund, credit or exchange because you changed your mind or decided not to use the product, except where required by law.

Add-Ons and One-Click Offers

An add-on you select at checkout, sometimes called an order bump, and a one-click offer you accept after checkout are separate purchases. Each one is its own final sale under this policy.

What you agree to at checkout covers anything you add to that order. Clicking Yes on a one-click offer means you agree to our Terms of Service and this policy for that offer.

A one-click offer is charged to the payment method you used at checkout as soon as you click Yes. In most cases you are not asked to enter your payment details again.

If a File Is Faulty or Not as Described

If a file is damaged, will not open, is incomplete, or is not the product described on the page you bought from, email support@wealthtactical.com. We will send you a working copy or the corrected file.

If we cannot get a working file to you, we will refund that order.

Trouble Accessing Your Files

All products are delivered digitally through our checkout and delivery platform. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder first, then contact support@wealthtactical.com and we will resend it.

If a link has expired or you cannot find your files, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will send the link again.

Support helps with orders, downloads and files only. We cannot answer questions about your job, severance offer, benefits, taxes or money, and we do not review documents. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Billing Errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, email us and we will reverse the extra charge.

If you see a charge you did not make, tell us and your card issuer right away. We will check the order and reverse any charge we confirm was not authorized.

Card Disputes

If something is wrong with an order, please email support@wealthtactical.com first. Most problems are fixed fastest that way.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we answer the dispute with the order record. That record includes what you agreed to at checkout and the delivery details we hold.

Who Our Products Are For

Our products are written for people employed in the United States. They cover US rules such as COBRA and the WARN Act. They may not apply, or may be wrong, in Canada or any other country. They are not offered to residents of Quebec.

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund that order in full. A licence that ends under our Terms of Service is not a cancelled order, and it is not refunded.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded where you live.

The version of this policy posted on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
