Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wealth Tactical Ltd., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada ("Wealth Tactical," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover wealthtactical.com, score.wealthtactical.com, and every product and piece of content we offer (collectively, the "Services").

You agree to these Terms in the following ways:

  • When you buy, by ticking the box at checkout that says you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. By ticking it you also ask for immediate download and accept that all sales are final once the download starts, except where the law requires otherwise. That agreement covers anything you add to the same order.
  • When you accept a one-click offer after checkout, by clicking Yes on the offer page. Clicking Yes means you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy for that offer.
  • When you use our free calculator, by using it.

These Terms also apply to any other use of the Services. If you do not agree, do not buy our products or use the Services.

The version of these Terms posted on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Section 17 explains how changes work.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

2. What We Provide

Wealth Tactical offers:

  • The free Cash Runway Calculator at score.wealthtactical.com ("the Calculator")
  • Digital educational products delivered electronically through our checkout and delivery platform
  • Free educational content on video and social media platforms
  • Email-based educational content delivered through our email service provider

All content, tools, and products are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Our products are written for people employed in the United States. They cover US rules such as COBRA and the WARN Act. They may not apply, or may be wrong, in Canada or any other country.

3. No Professional Relationship

None of the following creates a financial advisory relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship: using the Calculator, buying a product, subscribing to email content, or contacting support. That is true for Wealth Tactical and for any person affiliated with Wealth Tactical.

Wealth Tactical is not a law firm, and our products and content are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Have a lawyer review any severance or release agreement before you sign.

The financial figures and calculations produced by the Calculator are estimates based on inputs you provide. They are not personalized financial assessments. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified financial advisor, attorney, or other licensed professional.

You decide what to do with our products and content, and you act at your own risk. You agree you are not relying on them as legal, financial, tax, insurance or employment advice.

Support helps with orders, downloads and files only. We cannot answer questions about your job, severance offer, benefits, taxes or money, and we do not review documents.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
  • Are not barred from receiving services under applicable law

Section 2 says who our products are written for. Our products are not offered to residents of Quebec, and we may cancel and fully refund any such order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example to comply with the law, including sanctions law, or to prevent fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund what you paid for it. Your licence ending under section 5 is not a cancelled order, and no refund is due for it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, tools, spreadsheets, PDFs, scripts, and the Calculator, is owned by or licensed to Wealth Tactical and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Your licence: When you buy a product, you are buying a licence to use its files yourself. The files are licensed, not sold. One buyer gets a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, keep, print, fill in and adapt the files for their own household, and to keep a backup copy. You may also use the Calculator and our free content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

A permanent download: The files are a permanent download. Once you save them they work offline, and we cannot switch off a file you have saved. The download link may expire, so save your copy.

Prohibited use: Your licence is conditional on you following these limits. You may not share, post, resell, sublicense or give away the files, or copies or adapted versions of them, to anyone outside your household. That includes an employer, team, client or group. You may not upload them to a public or shared AI tool, an AI training set or a file-sharing service, or use them to train an AI model or build a competing product. You may not use any of our content to deliver professional services to other people without our written consent first. Except as this section and section 6 allow, you also may not copy, republish or distribute content from the Services without that consent.

If you break these limits: Your licence ends if you break this section or section 6. It also ends if you reverse a payment for files you received when you had no legal right to do so. You must then stop using the files and delete your copies. We may also refuse to resend files, refuse to issue a new download link, refuse future orders, and use any other remedy the law allows. Please email support@wealthtactical.com before you dispute a charge, so we can try to fix the problem first.

Nothing in this section limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, post, redistribute, resell, sublicense or give away any paid or free product, except as section 5 allows
  • Use bots, scripts or other automated tools to copy our pages, the Calculator or our products in bulk, or republish them
  • Use our pages, the Calculator or our products to train AI models or build datasets
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the Services
  • Use the Services to provide financial, legal, or other professional advice to third parties
  • Impersonate Wealth Tactical or any person affiliated with it
  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

Ordinary use is fine. Browsing our pages, using the Calculator and opening files you bought do not break this section. Search engines and AI assistants may index our public pages and quote short passages with a link.

7. Payment and Delivery

Checkout, payment and delivery are run for us by third-party providers. Your purchase contract is with Wealth Tactical only. Our checkout provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to how it takes your payment and handles your payment details. They do not change these Terms, and we do not ask you to accept any provider term you have not been shown. Wealth Tactical does not receive or store your full card number.

Digital products are delivered electronically through our checkout and delivery platform upon confirmed payment. For any payment, delivery or file problem, email support@wealthtactical.com.

All prices are listed and charged in United States dollars (USD). Prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies, the checkout shows the amount before you pay. If your card or payment account is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the charge at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Wealth Tactical does not set or control that rate or fee.

Section 18 covers order bumps and one-click offers.

8. Refunds

See our standalone Refund Policy for full terms. Summary: all sales are final, except where required by law and in the limited cases the Refund Policy sets out. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds in any other case.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Wealth Tactical does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial calculations produced by the Calculator are estimates only and may not reflect your actual financial situation.

Our products describe US rules and figures as of the date shown in each file, or as of the date the file was last published where no date is shown. Laws, deadlines, premiums, costs and benefit rules change, and they differ by state and by employer. Our products may contain errors. Check the official source, or ask a licensed professional, before you act. You are responsible for your own decisions.

We may update or withdraw a product at any time. We have no duty to update a file you already bought or to tell you about later changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEALTH TACTICAL AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR EMPLOYMENT LOSS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited. It will not be more than the amount you paid for the specific product the claim is about, or USD $100, whichever is greater. This is one limit for Wealth Tactical and the people named in this section together.

Your contract is with Wealth Tactical only. Sections 9 to 11 and section 16 also protect our directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors and agents, each of whom may rely on them. To the extent the law allows, you agree to bring any claim against Wealth Tactical alone.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any consumer right that cannot legally be limited. Where a limit is not allowed, liability is limited as far as the law permits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

This section applies if someone else brings a claim against Wealth Tactical, or any of the people named in section 10, because of something you did. It covers a claim brought because you resold, shared or republished our products, used them to advise other people, broke these Terms, or broke the law while using the Services. You will cover our reasonable costs of that claim. This does not apply to the extent we caused the claim.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some content associated with Wealth Tactical is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. We review our content before we publish it. When we find a material error in a file we sell, we correct the copy on sale. A review does not guarantee that content is complete, free of errors, or suitable for your specific situation, and section 9 applies to it.

Rules and figures are stated as of the date shown in each file, or as of the date the file was last published where no date is shown. They can change. Check them against the official source before you act.

14. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, case studies, or results described in connection with the Services represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance. See our Earnings Disclaimer for full disclosure.

Any testimonial provided in exchange for a free product or any other compensation will be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you give us a non-exclusive right to use them to improve our products, without payment. We will not publish your words, name or results unless you give written permission first. You stay free to review us anywhere. We never pay for or require positive reviews, and any incentive or connection will be disclosed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, you keep any protection of the consumer law where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

After a dispute arises, you may choose a court action or arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

This paragraph covers a claim that goes to court: because you chose a court action, because the arbitration term above does not apply to you, or because it cannot be enforced under the law that applies to you. That claim must be brought in the courts of Alberta sitting in Calgary, except that you may use the small claims court where you live. To the extent the law allows, the jury trial and class action waivers above still apply to that claim.

17. Changes to These Terms

The version of these Terms posted on the date of your purchase governs that purchase, including any order bump or one-click offer on that order. The version posted when you use the Calculator or our free content governs that use.

We may update these Terms for later purchases and later use of the Services. We will post the new version at wealthtactical.com/legal/terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes do not apply to a purchase you already made or to a dispute that has already started.

18. Order Bumps and One-Click Offers

At checkout we may offer an add-on product, sometimes called an order bump. After checkout we may show one-click offers for other products.

An order bump is added only if you select it before you pay. It is charged together with your order.

A one-click offer is charged to the payment method you just used, and only when you click Yes on that offer. If you do not click Yes, you are not charged for it and the order you already placed is not affected.

The price of each offer is shown in USD before you accept it. That price is before tax. Where tax applies to a one-click offer, it is added to the price shown.

Each order bump and each one-click offer is a separate final sale. Section 8 and our Refund Policy apply to each one, and the licence in section 5 applies to every product you receive. Section 1 explains how you agree to these Terms for each one.

19. Notices

We may send you notices about your order or these Terms by email to the address you used at checkout. A notice counts as received on the next business day after we send it.

Send legal notices to us by email to legal@wealthtactical.com or by post to the mailing address in section 21. Email is not service of court documents on us unless we agree in writing.

20. General

Your legal rights: Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

If part of these Terms cannot be enforced: That part is narrowed or removed only as far as needed, and the rest stays in force.

Whole agreement: These Terms, the Refund Policy and your order confirmation are the whole agreement for your purchase, subject to rights the law gives you.

Terms that continue: Sections 3, 5, 6, 8 to 11 and 14 to 20 keep applying after your purchase is complete and after your licence ends. So does any other part of these Terms that is meant to continue.

No waiver: If we delay enforcing a term, or do not enforce it, we have not waived it. An exception we make for one order does not change these Terms for any other order.

Transfer: We may transfer these Terms, and our rights under them, with our business. You may not transfer your licence or your rights under these Terms to anyone else.
